Frequently asked questions.
What areas do you serve?
I provide mobile notary services throughout Washington County, Pittsburgh, and surrounding areas. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is also available if you prefer a virtual appointment.
What types of documents can you notarize?
I notarize a wide range of documents, including:
Powers of Attorney (financial and healthcare)
Wills and estate planning documents
Real estate deeds and loan documents
Affidavits, sworn statements, and jurats
School, medical, and travel consent forms
(I cannot provide legal advice or draft documents for you.)
What forms of ID are accepted?
Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required. Examples include a driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID.
How much does it cost?
Fees vary depending on the number of notarial acts, travel distance, and whether witnesses are required. I’ll always provide a quote up front before confirming your appointment.
Can you provide witnesses?
Yes — if your document requires witnesses (such as wills or healthcare POAs), I can arrange for witnesses to attend for an additional fee, or you may provide your own.
Do you travel to hospitals, nursing homes, or workplaces?
Absolutely. I frequently meet clients at hospitals, care facilities, workplaces, and private residences. Please let me know about any special needs so I can prepare.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes — subject to availability, I do offer same-day and urgent appointments. It’s best to call or text to check immediate availability.
Can you notarize documents from another state?
Yes. As long as the signer is physically located in Pennsylvania at the time of notarization, I can notarize documents intended for use in another state or country.
